What is CueCount?
CueCount is a pool scorekeeping and tournament-management app for live matches, groups, rankings, and club competition.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts start with a 14-day Player trial. Player access is personal, so every person joining or playing in a group needs their own active Player entitlement.
What does Player include?
Player is the personal CueCount entitlement for recording matches and participating in groups, rankings, and tournaments.
What does Club include?
Club adds organiser tools for larger rosters and sub-groups. It does not include free Player access for members.
Can I pay on the web?
Player web payments can be completed through the PayFast checkout after creating a CueCount account. Club billing is completed inside CueCount.
Do Club members get free Player access?
No. Player is personal and required for each person joining or playing in a group. Club is an organiser-level entitlement.
